Through evidence-based psychological modalities, you will acquire practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and negative thinking patterns.

As the course progresses, it broadens its focus to show how mental health and self-awareness impact relationships and communication. You will learn to understand interpersonal dynamics, improve communication, and foster healthier relationships both personally and professionally.

The course concludes by equipping participants with a Personal Mental Health Plan—a tailored toolkit designed to seamlessly integrate learned strategies into everyday life and ensure long-term mental health maintenance. By the end, you will possess the skills to nurture your mental health while cultivating positive and effective relationships across both personal and professional domains.

Daily yoga & meditation sessions

Every day starts with a yoga and meditation session, guided by one of our experts who will accompany you through the whole program. This is the best way to ensure you have a stress-free beginning of your day. 

Workshops & other group activities

During the weekends we will visit waterfalls, go on some breathtaking hikes, visit the most beautiful coffee farm in the world, and do some other surprise fun activities. 

Coaching & mentoring

Each person is unique. As are their situation, their goals, and the specific areas of their well-being they must focus on. In this program you will have a mentor that will take you by the hand and help you become your best self.

Weekly trips to natural wonders

In the afternoons we host either workshops or group activities that will go in accordance to the week's focus topic. During these workshops, you will expand yourself mentally, emotionally, and professionally.

What services are included in the program?

Absolutely. From Monday to Friday, you will have 8-9 hours of work time, if you want to use it. Additionally, if you need to have meetings or get more work done during activity time, you can do so.

Will I have enough time to work?

How is the internet service?

We have a high-speed internet service with 2 backup networks in case of failure in the main connection. We understand the needs of the modern-day nomad and the need to always have internet connection.

What's the weather like in Riverside?

It's usually sunny during the day and it cools down at night. Temperature is around 20Âș-25ÂșC (68Âș-77ÂșF) during the day and 13Âș-18ÂșC (55Âș-65ÂșF) at night.

How safe are Riverside and JericĂł town?
